Weddings aren’t the only events that require a Day of Coordinator. We make sure that your vendors are on time and set up in the right spot, we man the check-in table, keep the event on it’s timeline, and clean up at the end of the night.

When you hire P+P as your DOC, our work doesn’t begin the day of your event. During your planning process you have unlimited email access to P+P and we send you a preferred vendor list tailored to your budget location, and style. Before your event we meet to go over your timeline, walk through your event space, and iron out any details to make sure your day goes perfectly.
